Short Notice Tee Times
We are offering discounted tee times for weekend days within a 24 hour
window. Some tee-times are always booked (say, 6:30 - 11:00) and others
before and after that period are less reliably booked. In an attempt to
better match supply and demand, we will significantly discount the times
less in demand, something along the lines of what people have come to
expect from airlines and hotels.
Signing up
When signing up, participants should indicate their preferred day (Saturday
or Sunday) and preferred part of the day (e.g., Early Morning, Late Morning,
etc.) when they respond to the program. You can change preference at any
time, but preferences will allow us to offer early birds early times and
mid or late day players the times that appeal to them.
E-mail broadcast
At noon, on the day before the available tee-time, an e-mail broadcast
will go out. The e-mail will indicate that the recipient is eligible to
reserve a tee time on the following day. The times offered will be those
that are, as of that time, not yet booked through the usual method (in-person
or by telephone). Therefore, the times offered may not be prime tee-times.
However, cancellations or bad weather forecasts may leave prime times
available, and they will be included.
Discounts will be 25 % off the regular $45. Discounts may not be applied
to any other promotion or discount.
The e-mail will indicate the first available tee-time in that part of
the day.
Return the e-mail
Participants who wish to respond to the broadcast will be asked to return
the e-mail which will contain a 4 digit code unique to that respondent.
This allows us to separate the program participants from regular calls
booking late in the cycle, and it allows us to respond to takers in the
order in which their e-mail was received, ensuring a fair, first come
- first served approach without the chaos of busy phone lines.
We’ll call you
We’ll then call you to finalize booking within an hour or so, at
the number you indicate on the sign-up form below.
You needn’t book a whole foursome, but preference will be given
to foursomes.
As this promotion matures, incentives and timing may change.
